The Red Raiders Athletic Booster Club in Sidney, Nebraska respects the privacy of our members, supporters, student-athletes, and families. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use and protect it.

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, membership or supporter information, donation details, and yard-sign order information. A yard-sign order may also include a student's name, sport, design selection, and optional jersey number.

We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser, device, and server log information.

We use information collected through the website to:

• process memberships, donations, and yard-sign orders;
• personalize and fulfill requested yard signs;
• contact you about an order, payment, pickup, or Club activity;
• maintain accurate Club and transaction records; and
• operate, protect, and improve the website.

Payments

Yard-sign payments are made separately by Venmo or check. This website does not collect or store bank-account, debit-card, or credit-card numbers for those orders. Venmo's handling of information is governed by its own privacy practices.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be available to authorized Booster Club volunteers and service providers that help us host, secure, and maintain the website or fulfill an order. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Club, the website, or another person.

Student and children's information

Membership, donation, and yard-sign forms are intended to be submitted by a parent, guardian, or other adult. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate adult involvement, please contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, recordkeeping, legal, and accounting needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
